Does This Sound Familiar?

You've climbed the ladder. You have the title, the responsibility, the respect.

But somewhere along the way, something shifted.

  • You're mentally exhausted and can't remember the last time you felt truly calm
  • You're moving through life robotically—reacting to everything instead of responding with intention
  • You've achieved what you set out to achieve, but you're asking yourself: "Is this really all there is?"
  • You feel lonely at the top—like no one truly understands what you're dealing with
  • Your relationships feel superficial, even your marriage doesn't have the depth you want
  • You struggle to delegate or let go, feeling like you have to do everything yourself
  • You're constantly overthinking, ruminating, unable to quiet your mind
  • You know you're capable of more impact, but something is holding you back

You're not broken. You're not failing.

You're just disconnected from who you really are—and that disconnection is costing you clarity, peace, and the leadership presence you're capable of.

Here's What Becomes Possible

When you do the deeper work—the work that goes beyond skills and frameworks to address the essential human underneath the executive—everything shifts.

FROM

  • Mental fog and exhaustion
  • Reactive, overwhelmed living
  • Superficial confidence masking deep insecurity
  • Decisions clouded by judgment and assumptions
  • Leadership that feels forced or inauthentic
  • Constant stress and lack of control

TO

  • Mental clarity and calm under pressure
  • Intentional, self-commanded living
  • Authentic confidence rooted in humility
  • Clear thinking and discernment
  • Natural influence that others trust
  • Purpose-driven direction and ease

This isn't about working harder or learning another framework.

It's about removing what's blocking you from the clarity, authenticity, and impact that's already within you.

When you clear the fog, everything else becomes easier.

The Clear Mind / Pure Heart Approach

Most coaching focuses on practical skills—time management, communication techniques, leadership frameworks. That's useful, but it's surface-level.

I work on the essential human skills that make everything else easier: less judgment, true humility, emotional regulation, and the ability to let go of what you can't control.

1
Phase 1

Set Your Vision

We start by discovering who you really are underneath all the roles and expectations.

Through Core Values Discovery, shadow work, and deep reflection, you'll get clear on:

  • What truly matters to you
  • What you actually want for the rest of your life
  • The gap between who you are and how you're living
Outcome:

A clear, authentic vision for your life—not just your career.

2
Phase 2

Build Your Plan

We create a strategic life plan that aligns your daily reality with your deeper vision.

This isn't a detailed project plan—it's a broad roadmap with milestones and priorities that honor what you discovered in Phase 1.

Outcome:

A clear path forward that feels true to you.

3
Phase 3

Develop Your Mindset

This is where the real transformation happens.

Through deep conversation, reflection, and practice, you'll develop the essential human skills that unlock everything else:

  • Recognize and reign in your judgment (of yourself, others, and circumstances)
  • Embrace true humility (the foundation of real confidence and open-mindedness)
  • Let go of what you can't control (and reclaim your energy for what you can)
Outcome:

You become emotionally regulated, mentally clear, and authentically confident. You lead—and live—from a place of calm command instead of reactive stress.

What Makes This Different

Most executives I work with have tried career coaching, read self-help books, taken personality assessments, even tried therapy.

Those approaches can help—but they often stay surface-level or don't address the root misalignment that's creating the friction in your life.

My approach goes deeper. We work on who you are as a human being, not just who you are as an executive.

And when that shifts, everything else follows.

Is This Right for You?

This work is for corporate executives who:

This Is For You If:

  • Are willing to look honestly at themselves—even the uncomfortable parts
  • Understand that real transformation takes time and sustained effort (3-6 months minimum)
  • Have a growth mindset and are open to questioning long-held beliefs
  • Want more than surface-level fixes—they want lasting change
  • Are ready to take responsibility for their own thoughts, feelings, and results
  • Value authenticity and are tired of performing a version of themselves that isn't real

This Is NOT For You If:

  • You're looking for quick fixes or overnight transformation
  • You have a fixed mindset and aren't open to being challenged
  • You want someone to tell you what to do rather than help you discover it yourself
  • You're not willing to do the inner work required for real change

Ready to Start the Conversation?

The best way to know if this is right for you is to have a conversation. No pressure. No sales pitch. Just an honest discussion about where you are, where you want to be, and whether this approach is the right fit.

I Know This Journey Because I've Lived It

Dale Shover - Executive Coach

For over two decades, I climbed the corporate ladder in finance, ultimately serving as a regional CFO for a Fortune 500 company.

On paper, I had everything: the title, the responsibility, the financial security.

Inside, I felt empty.

Then in 2017, everything fell apart. Within six months, I faced a life-threatening illness, lost both my parents, and watched my company spiral toward bankruptcy.

It was devastating. It was also the greatest gift of my life.

That crisis shattered my understanding of success and forced me to confront a truth I'd been avoiding: I had no idea who I really was beneath the roles, the achievements, and the expectations.

So I rebuilt myself—day by day, mindset shift by mindset shift.

I learned to regulate my emotions. I discovered inner strength I didn't know I had. I found the courage to leave my corporate career and dedicate my life to helping others do the same.

Now, as an Executive and Life Coach, I guide burned-out, high-performing executives through the same transformation I experienced: from disconnection and exhaustion to clarity, authenticity, and self-commanded living.

I don't just teach this work. I've lived it.

And I know what's possible on the other side.
